Presidential Look Up!
This study is for Elementary and middle school aged kids. I have created two versions of the worksheet for this study.
The younger version has 2 presidents per page. It covers basic information such as name, dates of office, political party and birth and death. There is also a place available to add a picture.
The older version is a two page spread per president. It includes all the above information as well as personal information such as a first lady, children, even the family pet (did you know one president had a pet Alligator?? and so did someone's son??) This one also has space for interesting facts and a mini timeline that can be filled in concerning Major Events during the president's terms of office.

Resources: I have a resource that I picked up in Washington D.C. a couple of years ago. It's an accordion folding page that isn't quite a timeline. I also have the kids do searches online. I have a couple of links that I need to narrow down that I will be adding to this page. If you can't find any links please come back in a couple of days/weeks and I'll have them all up.
I will also add pictures of the pages later on.
I think this will be a fun addition to our study. This will be done during the second semester of the year at a rate of 3 presidents a week for approximately 15-16 weeks.
